Bohemian Killing wins the BEST STORY award and asks for your vote on Greenlight!

PC GamesIQ Publishing, the publisher of Bohemian Killing, a game developed by the Polish studio The Moonwalls, is very pleased to inform that the game received the “Best Story” Award at Pixel Heaven 2016 and now is asking for votes on Steam Greenlight.

Last weekend, i.e. 4-5 June, at Pixel Heaven 2016, a major gaming event taking place in Warsaw, Bohemian Killing was revealed to the public for the first time. All the attendees had the opportunity to play the game, which nears its development phase. The game about a charismatic murderer of Gypsy origin awaited the guests at an artistic and atmospheric stand, with decorations inspired directly by the locations from Bohemian Killing. All the Pixel Heaven guests could show their appreciation for the showcased games and vote for a selected title. The public enjoyed the story of Alfred Ethon and expressed it with the award for the best story presented in the game! “It was an amazing public debut of the game and I’m greatly satisfied, especially since just this first presentation received such an enthusiastic response: the guests liked the game and it received a prestigious award right away,” said Marcin Makaj, a developer of Bohemian Killing.

At the same time, the game was submitted to Steam Greenlight. The publisher and the developer hope that the Greenlight users will enjoy the game just like the gamers who attended Pixel Heaven did.

IQ Publishing asks for your vote on Bohemian Killing, which is available on Steam Greenlight: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=696515381
Bohemian Killing is a non-linear adventure game set in a 19th century steampunk France, based on the classic Phoenix Wright series. The player assumes the role of Alfred Ethon, a charismatic inventor of gypsy origin, who is brought to court and accused of murder.

The main character of the game is played and dubbed by a world-class film and voice actor, Stephane Cornicard. Cornicard played in blockbusters such as “Spectre,” the most recent Bond film, or Steven Spielberg’s “Saving Private Ryan”. His career as a voice actor is no less impressive and includes Syphon Filter, Primal, Metal Gear Solid, and the Dragon Age and Total War series.

At the very beginning of the questioning, Alfred Ethon…pleads not guilty of the crime he is accused of! In Bohemian Killing, everything depends on the player, who is given a chance to clear Ethan of all charges despite his evident and undisputed guilt. The player can deny, lie, mislead, manipulate evidence, blame other people or look for mitigating circumstances. It is up to the player and their skills to solve this exceptionally complex and unobvious case. Every decision can have irrevocable consequences; every decision brings you one step closer to the final judgment!
